David Groome prosecutes and defends in all serious crime.He has particular expertise in criminal aspects of intellectual property law (trademarks and copyright); all aspects of trading standards law, in particular, product safety, health & safety, food safety, consumer credit and cases involving counterfeit goods.
He also specialises in complex fraud; confiscation proceedings; liquor licensing; and all forms of private prosecution (he has conducted over 250 to date, for both corporate and private clients).
